This document explains how it is possible for dealers to order custom-coloured kites for their customers (in 6 steps).

The customer uses an online colorizer at www.atelierkites.com and prepares his custom kite.

The customer validates his work and obtains a unique code identifying his design. This unique code is also e-mailed to the customer.

The customer orders the kite at his dealer's, providing the unique code obtained at step 2. The dealer informs his customer of the specific price and delivery time conditions for custom kites.

The dealer orders the kite to the distributor, providing the unique code given by the customer.

The custom kite is made by l'Atelier and sent to the dealer.

The dealer delivers the kite to his customer.

25.08 euros (*) per custom kite, except for the Transfer, Masque and X-Masque ranges: 41.81 euros (*)
(*) Without tax, shipment not included.

The dealer should expect a longer delivery time than for a "standard" kite. It is a good idea to tell the customer about this.

Require a 30% deposit (or more) at order time (step 3).
Tell your customer that "custom" kites are not to be returned nor exchanged.
