L'Atelier offers a life warranty including the replacement of your old sail. This no-time-limit warranty covers manufacturing defects as well as the natural wear of the sail.

You will find with your Plasma a registration form. Make sure the dealer stamp has been marked on the form together with the purchase date.

Fill out the form and send it within 15 days of purchase. Be careful! After 15 days the warranty shall not be effective.

Whenever you encounter a problem, contact us at support@atelierkites.com and give all the elements that will allow us to make a detailed diagnostic.

If we decide that the sail needs to be repaired or replaced, we will provide a return code allowing you to return the sail in an envelope.

When using an envelope, you will pay shipment for the way to l'Atelier, and l'Atelier will pay shipment for the way back to you (other formats: please contact us).

The warranty does not cover damage due to external causes (e.g.: kite fallen into barbed wire, sail torn by a dog, etc.). Contact our after-sale service for an estimate.
