This document explains how to order custom-coloured kites (in 4 steps).

Visit www.atelierkites.com and prepare your custom-coloured kite using an online colorizer.

Validate your work. You will obtain a unique code identifying your design. This unique code is also e-mailed to the you.

Order the kite to your dealer and provide the unique code obtained at step 2. The dealer will inform you of the specific price and delivery time conditions for custom kites.

The custom kite is made by l'Atelier according to the unique code you have given to your dealer. Then it is sent to the dealer who will contact you for delivery.

Ask your dealer, he will tell you the price for this service.

Expect a longer delivery time than for a "standard" kite.

For a custom kite, the dealer will probably ask for an advance payment. Also you have to know that "custom" kites are not to be returned nor exchanged.
